CANCELLATIONS If you need to cancel or make a change to your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours beforehand. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours beforehand could result in a $20 late cancellation fee. Spray tanning requires preparation prior to the service, so cancellations less than 24 hours beforehand greatly impair our ability to book your now open time slot. We know life happens, so please call us as soon as possible to see if we can squeeze you in elsewhere! We’re happy to do it!   NO-SHOW If you are not present for your appointment or are non-responsive when we reach out for communication, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.We can and will wait for 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time,After that 10 minutes, your appointment is considered cancelled and you will need to reschedule your appointment. If there is an appointment after your time slot we are happy to make the accommodation! You will incur a $40 no-show fee, if you fail to show up to your appointment. Any future appointments you have with us will be cancelled and you will be blocked from booking any future appointments with us until the $40 no-show fee is paid. Appointments cancelled during or after your selected appointment window will be considered no-shows. We greatly value both our time and your time. Therefore, we sadly cannot make any exceptions to this policy.
